A book to be kept and shared from my personal library of New Age Spiritual messages. for anyone seeking peace through understanding of the process, of this life. A valuable pool of information and tool for harmony.
It is a great honor to have Neale's participation in my Podcast Program, "Visionary Series."Happier Than God: Turn Ordinary Life into an Extraordinary Experience In "Happier Than God," Neale's critically acclaimed audacity of hope challenges once again to be all we can be, as his books always express humanistic interest, asking questions to motivate self-discovery and celebration."Happier than God," is no exception in compelling that we push the envelope to create a life here on earth that is worthy of our purpose -- even while we rediscover what that purpose is. Happier Than God: Turn Ordinary Life into an Extraordinary Experience This book was foundation for a wonderful conversation I had with Neale Donald Walsch on how his career culminates and how his mission continues evolving to reach many soul-minds. Through his renowned articulation of "oneness," which is that divine perspective we all recognize, Neale personifies our inner voice, calling us to attend to the experiences of our life with curiosity and visionary wonderment.
I believe we can be as happy as God, because we are all One; therefore, collectively, we are God.Nevertheless, I still respect the author very much, and have read Conversations with God, twice, so far. And, I do get the idea that he is trying to make. None.
I can see that the author went to an extreme to make his point, which I consider a valid method; however, I finished the book thinking that it is not possible to be happier than God, based on the very reasoning that has been given by God in previous books written by the author. But hey, the author is neither perfect nor needs to be. I mention that the book is trite for me, because I felt that the idea of being "happier than God" was overdone and given more attention than it deserved.
How many books have I written. He is very knowledgable on many metaphyscial subjects, and this book is too much smaller than the author's great literary abilities for me to take seriously. It seems like the author wrote this book on his own, without the usual divine guidance.
To write an entire book to make the point that we can be so amazingly happy that we could be happier than God seems to lack maturity and wisdom, to me.
Easy to read with short chapters, each creating a thirst for more. It was full of wisdom and the usual Neal personal and sometimes comic dialog. He had made a very beautiful impact on humanity with his work over the years and inspired some to pick up the torch and spread the "word". While reading his latest work, When Everything Changes, Change Everything, I found reference to the book Happier than God, which he had written last year, but for some reason I hadn't heard of it. I looked it up and purchased it and low and behold.another great book from Neal Donald Walsch adorns my library.
But about 1/3 of the way into it the book picks up and has some enlightening perspectives that I actually said "Wow" to. The book, started off slow, I was disappointed, it seemed just like allot of other books of this type. So I would recommend it and have. Entrigued by the title I order "Happier Than God", but I was embarrassed at work for anyone to see the title so I made a cover for it. I work with allot of religious people who would question such a statement and I wasn't in the mood for disscussion on it.
